III. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process this data in order to maintain, develop and control the relationship that can be established between the school and families, send information about services, activities and events of interest of FOMENTO.

And specifically, the main purposes of the data processing are:

For the development and execution of the legal relationship arising from the student’s enrolment in the centre.

  • We treat your personal data in the exercise of the teaching function (academic, guidance, social and sport).
  • For the development and maintenance of the legal relationship contracted in the hiring of school services (dining room, transportation, …) and extracurricular activities.
  • For the management, control and processing of payment of grants and scholarships
  • For the promotion and development of activities organized or promoted directly and indirectly by FOMENTO.

We process your data, collected through the contact form, for the management of your queries addressed to this Institution.

For the maintenance of the relationship with suppliers/legal entities.

Or the data of the contact persons of the legal persons, for example, in the relationship with the suppliers.

For the development and execution of organized courses or Master’s programs.

We process this data in order to maintain, develop and control the relationship that may be established between FOMENTO and the participants, teachers, speakers and collaborators or the courses or Master’s programs, send information about the services, training activities and events of interest of FOMENTO. In the case of participation in lifelong learning activities related to Resolution Order/EDU/2886/2011, your data will be sent to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports for processing in accordance with the provisions of the Resolution.

For staff selection.

We process the personal data of the candidates/job applicants in order to manage their participation in the personnel selection processes carried out by FOMENTO, as well as send information about the services, training activities and events of interest of FOMENTO.

For the fulfilment of the labour or contractual relationship.

TraWe process the personal data of employees and collaborators in order to comply with the employment, contractual or pre-contractual relationship they maintain with FOMENTO.

For the maintenance of the relationship with former students.

We process the data of former alumni with their consent, when necessary, and also based on the legitimate interest of the Responsible for Processing.

IV. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We collect the personal data that you directly provide us through our website, by filling out forms or fields to complete, registering in our alumni newsletter or through email or paper forms.

VI. CONSERVATION PERIODS

The personal data provided will be kept and processed to the extent that it is necessary according to the purpose for which it was collected and according to the legal basis of its treatment in accordance with applicable law.

We will keep your personal data as long as there is a relationship or as long as you do not exercise your right to delete, cancel and/or limit the processing of your data. In these cases, we will block your data, without giving it any use, and it will be kept as long as it may be necessary for the exercise or defence of claims or any type of judicial, legal or contractual responsibility may be derived from its processing, which must be attended and for which reason its recovery may be necessary.

The personal data included in the admission processes will be deleted once the administrative and/or judicial claim procedure ends, with the exception that you have provided your consent for maintenance for a specific purpose.

Personal identification data, disabilities, chronic diseases, behavioural disorders, food intolerances or allergies and contact data will be kept until the student finishes his studies at school. The data related to academic discipline will be kept until the statute of limitations expires. The academic record will always be preserved.

VII. RECIPIENTS OF THE COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be communicated at your request and by legal obligation, when necessary, to the Educational Administration, to the Judges and Courts, or to recipients in compliance with a legal obligation. Outside these assumptions, your data will be communicated to third parties requesting your consent in advance.

Consent is requested for the dissemination of the images taken by the school, for the maintenance of their personal data once the student leaves the school, to the Association of Parents of the school, of the personal data of the students to the Alumni Association and the contact details to the couples in charge of the course and to the other parents of the class for social events.

FOMENTO communicates personal data to service providers who can act as data processors. These third companies only have access to the personal data necessary to carry out the service.

FOMENTO selects those in charge of the treatment that offer sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation and maintenance of the appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and that guarantee the protection of the rights of the interested parties.

FOMENTO, in order to compile statistics, may process pseudonymised personal data, that is, in a manner that cannot be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person without using additional or anonymized information, that is when it is not possible in any way to connect their relationship with the person to whom they would have identified the data.

This period may be extended for another two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of applications.
