CAMBRIDGE EXAMS IN SANSUEÑA- KET FOR SCHOOLS, 13th and 14th May
SANSUEÑA, as Cambridge Official Examination Centre, hosted this Wednesday and Friday the Ket for SCHOOLS exam.
A total of 52 students from grade 6 were examined on their Speaking, Listening and Reading and Writing Skills by external examiners from CAMBRIDGE.
The students had been preparing themselves since late September: once a week in class with their teacher working on Reading and Writing and Listening, and also once a week in Speaker Corner working on the Speaking Paper.
They underwent an intensive training on all vocabulary topics and grammar items provided by Cambridge as a syllabus. They also did a great number of tests, on paper and online to ensure they mastered the mechanics of the exam.
They watched videos of Speaking Paper real exam situations and worked in pairs preparing them. Their training was completed by making many mock exams to keep a track of their progress, as well as several tasks ascribed to them as homework.
The students came out of the Examination Rooms feeling very confident and happy, stating they felt very at ease since they had studied all of the items there and they felt totally prepared for it.
The Examiners were very impressed by their level of English and the teachers are very proud of their hard- work! Congratulations!
