The Villanueva University Centre was inaugurated in 1997. Since then it has had as its main mission the offer of a high-quality university education.
All the activity–teaching, advice and research–of the professionals of this university community is aimed at fostering in the student the love of truth and freedom, which, together with the critical teaching of knowledge and the generation of skills, contribute to their personal and professional development, as well as the exercise of responsible citizenship and a determination to work in the service of society.
Specialisation in the most relevant disciplines of the Social Sciences and Health Sciences and the commitment to the interdisciplinary, cross-sectional and integrative teaching of the Humanities are some of the most relevant aspects of their identity.
